I’m at a loss for words. You just described my mental chaos perfectly. Every paragraph is spot on - my jaw was hanging open. Thank you SO much. I’m going to share this with my family and friends, who’ve never really understood. This may just break through to them.

This is one of the most accurate descriptions of high-functioning anxiety I’ve ever read. The part about peace feeling suspicious? That hits hard. It’s wild how the brain can turn rest into a threat and convince you that constant vigilance is the only way to stay safe. In astrology, Mercury rules the mind and communication, and when it’s overactive or stressed, it’s like your thoughts won’t shut up, even when nothing’s actually wrong. You captured that perfectly.

No advice needed; just solidarity. I feel this in my bones.
